Quote - Activate and Revise button not available in Project Quote Form - PSA Project Services Quote Revision Dynamics CRM CE

Is this normal OOB as-intended behavior?  Does it work for anyone else?

Could it be that it doesnt make sense to revise project related quotes, or it is to complicated becasue of linked projects?

I could revise project detailes on a Quote line, but then the system would not be able to track it as revised.

    Hi CallumMarshall.

    The ribbon on the Quote: Project Information form is different from the core CE Quote form. The Activate and Revise buttons are missing - this is normal. In PSA you only close a quote as won to form a Project Contract or close it as lost.

    Thanks for your response Antti,

    Your blogs on PSA are excellent.

    In a way it makes sense since the Project Quote can have a project connected to it, and there would be concerns copying all of that to create a revision.  That said, it is common for quotes for project services to be revised, so I am thinking we may need a way to capture revise history.

    It is not. Revisions/versions are not supported in PSA.
