Reminders Email text empty

Hi everyone,

I set up a reminder code and a level with beginning and ending text.

When I create a reminder the text is not added in the lines and the "update reminder text" function does not work.

EDIT: I managed to insert the text in the lines, I had to implement it in another page: Reminder Attachment Text (502).

On the Reminder Email Text page I wrote some things, but when I send an email from the issued reminders it doesn't appear, the body is empty.
Could you help me with this?

I would like the text I insert into the Reminder Email Text table (503) to be inserted into the 8888 Email Outbox.
Isn't this standard behavior?

You need to check the Language Code.

If the customer's language code is blank, then the system will look at the user's My Setting Language to determine which Reminder's Language communication to use.

FYI: ENU is English (United States), you can search for 'Languages' to find the list.

It sounds like the reminder text tables aren’t being linked automatically to the email outbox. In some systems, the Reminder Email Text (503) needs to be explicitly mapped or triggered before it populates the 8888 Email Outbox.
