Loyalty Discount

Hii everyone,

I need a bit of an help. I have setup a loyalty discount. What I believe is that loyalty discount should only apply if I add a loyalty card otherwise it shouldn't. How can I manage this? I have applied loyalty scheme on all the item and therefore when I scan any item, it calculates the loyalty discount immediately even if I haven't added any card it. I want to restrict this discount on adding a loyalty card.

Does any one have an idea how this can be managed?

    Hi Sarahahmed

    kindly check the price group attached to retail store .

    If the price groups which you attached to loyalty discount are also in the list of price groups attached to retail store  then delete them from that list and then try once.

    I hope your problem will be solved.
