Dataverse Sync Error

Posted on by 147

Hi Community

I am syncing data with the dataverse and I have a few records (8 from 1000) which are giving the following error or similar. I have tried reset sync, decoupling, recoupling etc and I just can't get rid of the error.

Can anyone advise what might be the cause?

Error message:
An error occurred when communicating with Dataverse.
Detailed description: Entity 'Account' With Id = 0c066159-889d-ee11-be37-000d3aaca96d Does Not Exist

Thanks in advance

Neil

Did you delete any dataverse records? It looks like the BC record is coupled to a dataverse record that doesn't exist anymore.

    Hi Neil,

It seems the sync is looking for a specific account in CRM to update those records which does not exist in CRM.
