Update Quick View Card in Reference Panel

Hi

Does anyone know how to change the Quick View card that is opened when you click on a record within a Reference Panel (UCI).  I can identify which card is shown on an entity basis, but I would like to create a new card and display that one.  I have tried changing the display order of the card with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated as I really like the Reference Panel functionality but I think not being able to change this is a restriction.
