Regenerate WCF Configuration Error - MetadataService unavailable

Dears,

I'm trying to execute the refresh configuration of one of my 3 LIVE AOS, and I get always the following error:

I already execute the following list of tasks:

Full CIL generation + AOS Restart;
AOT Compile + Full CIL generation + AOS Restart;
Delete XppIL folder + AOS Restart;
Delete XppIL folder + Drop table SysXppAssembly + AOS Restart;
Change (increment one value. Example: from 8101 to 8102) the WsdlPort and the ServicePort on the file Ax32Serv.exe.config + AOS Restart;

I noticed that if after each task performed, and when I write the service URL on the browser, the output is always the same - Service Unavailable.

Any other idea? AIF systems services can be manually activated/deactivated? Where this type of services are located?
