Dear connection !
We using on-premise CRM system connected with active Directory. To create user regular practice is by logging into ADC system and then creating user.
Now, i would like to do this process in reverse method. Have created a new entity as "On-boarding Employee" and this entity access given to HR Team.
When a new joinee join to the organisation, they should able to create username from withing the CRM system which is not possible at the moment. But do anyone have idea how this could be possible to do ?
Requirement In Detail : From CRM system should able to create user and once the user created it should sync with active directory server vice versa.
Note : I am aware about joining user to the crm system.
