155Hi Guys,
We have an activity feed for our Dynamics365 (picture below) where for new users they would have to sign in with their Yammer account in order to be able to message\notify other staff with regards to the case.
Problem is that for newly created users when we click sign in it comes up with an error regarding Insufficient permissions.
To test if the issue was really permission I had assigned a System administrator (Has all rights) role to a test user i was creating and after that it comes up with a different error.
Both errors does not come up with a Download log file option, just a Technical detail which doesnt have any info on it besides the Organization ID, Type, UniqueName (seems to be the orgname) and CreatedOn along with the Security Group which is 00000-00000-00000
Also all existing users are able to use Yammer on Dynamics365 without any problem.
Opening yammer website for new users has no problem as well.
Do you have any ideas what seems to be the issue or how i could further investigate this?
