    Hello  vamsaropa

    You should define relation between user and worker record.

    Go to System Administration > Common > User relations.

    create a new record for your user Id and try again.

    have you checked employer record?

    is it still employer?

    employment end date should be greater than today.

    After the set up did you test this logged in as the specific user?

    The methods in code behind the button include selectionChanged(), -this is the bit that enable/disables the button:

    HcmEmployment   hcmEmployment           = HcmEmployment::getActiveEmploymentsByWorker(currentWorker());

    listPage.actionPaneControlEnabled(formControlStr(PurchReqTableListPage, RequisitionButton), hcmEmployment.RecId);

    i.e.the worker assigned to the currently logged-in user is retrieved by currentWorker(). Active employment records are then accessed against this worker.

    In the case where no worker is present, no employment records are available, and the buttons are set to disabled. .
