Copy to users disable for Workspace

Hi,

I have prepared Dashboard / Workspace for Project management basing on original one from D365.

Now I would like to copy that to other users. I am quite sure it was possibile previously by System administration / Setup / Personalization / User settings / Manage all personalizations and using Copy to users functionality. Unfrunately from some time it is greyed out for each Workspace.

Is there anybody who knows if I mixed anything or if there is any other way to share my workspace with other users?

Hi, As I can see in Personal views there are only custom workspaces pointed. I would like to share standard Project Management workspace for which I made only few adjustements (I added some tiles and lists) and it is not visible in this page.

Hi,

So you can save new changes as saved view (There is saved view feature support available for workspace) then that view should be available in list in one of the tab on this screen
