Why can't we no longer edit the Order Quantity on Released PO in the Purchase Order Entry window? What is causing this?

What is it that is happening when you try to change it?
I'm able to create a PO, print it so it becomes "released" and I am still able to update the qty ordered. The only restriction I'm seeing is say I ordered 10, printed the document, received 4 on a shipment and then try to change the PO order amount to something lower than 4. In that case it won't let me and gives me an error.
Do you receive an error? Can you provide me details about that line and what has transpired? Look at the i icon on that line in the PO entry window and tell me what you see.
