error The indexing 11 in the array is outside of the permitted range when make indentation to new account problem

Hi guys i have problem when i create new account in chart of account form it come to me message error as following

"The indexing 11 in the array is outside of the permitted range" what i do to solve this problem and why this happen

this message show to me when i make indentation to new account

I have dynamic nav 2009 r2

my licence client license

sql server 2005

and i dont change or customize any thing or form or table in database

    If the error is raised indenting chart of account I suspect there are some "Begin-Total" accounts withouth the corresponding "End-Total", so the indenting index exceed the maximum depth allowed (10): can you please check it?

    The problem is with the length of your account numbers. Make sure they're all consistent then try again. So if you use 6 digit G/L account numbers, change them all to 6 digits.
