Hello, this is non-standard in Business Central and I don't believe this facility exists within any extensions that currently exist either. To create a 'Job Quote' all the system is doing is taking the planning lines and formatting them into a report. It's not any more advanced than this.
My suggestion would be that you speak to a partner about mapping a process that can then be taken on by a developer. As the job planning lines already exist then I should't imagine it would be too much of a stretch to develop something that pulled them into a purchase order, but this would require a scoping exercise.
