Hi,
So I am currently lost trying to fix this problem where we want to integrate our org current physical phone system which is a VOIP with Dynamics 365 Sales Hub to make and receive calls and maybe(?) use Dynamics 365 soft phone dialer (Soft phone dialer) in UI as our soft phone in Dynamics.
I am currently in touch with the administrators to figure out how the current phone system is working so could update about the details here but I have no idea how both could be integrated with each other.
Any possible direction to this would be helpful and appreciated.
