I am going to manage a project that involves implementing Microsoft NAV for a small manufacturing firm adding CRM after NAV is operational.  I am seeking any advice and learning tools to better prepare for the process.

    Hi Jason

I would try say you should get hold of the introduction to NAV 2013 (This one is better than the 2009 manualfrom an overview perspective) as well as the applications guide for CRM

If you work through these it will give you a good basis of what the programs are and how they work

You may also want to look up the Microsoft sure step methodology, this is a implementation methodology written by Microsoft to assist with successful implementations of both NAV & CRM

Shout if you have any more questions

    Cheers

    Neville
