Collection letters with e-mail body

Hello community,

I am trying to send collection letters to customers including the e-mail body. I noticed there is a setup in AR parameters in the Collections tab, look up field "Transactions to contact". I connected a html template that I made but still the collection letter contains only the subject and the attachement, not the body from the template.

Do you have any solutions out of the box?

Did you try to fill a deep link in the field?

Is deep link really the answer? There must me something else, maybe i. ER. I see there is some new automation, but it only sends either e-mail OR a collection letter. Not both at the same time.
