Zetadocs Express/NAV 2015/ IE Web Proxy settings

Hello,

We've got an issue with ZetaDocs Express and NAV2015. The problem is, when the webmarshal web proxy is enabled in IE settings, the Zetadocs add-in doesn't appear.

If I disable the web proxy in IE, the add-in works just fine.

This is happening on a win2008R2 terminal server farm. The server subnet has direct internet access, but the user session internet access needs to be going through the web proxy, so just disabling the proxy on the servers isn’t an option to fix.

It seems that the add-in isn’t proxy aware. Is there a particular website or domain that I could allow direct internet access to get the Zetadocs addin to work? Have you come across this issue before?

Any questions please let me know.

Did you try turning on "Bypass Proxy Server for Local Addresses" check in at IE? Maybe you can solve your issue with that.
