We are using Darwin (an extension of dynamics gp) They are pushing to the new darwin 16.00 and a new version of dynamics. Will microsoft be putting out updates (DLL's) for updates on W2 and ACA relating to covid or any other changes in those forms?
Also is this version 12.00.2198(r2) going to stay supported for the year?
Any help or advice would be greatly appricated. We'd like to not upgrade at this time if at all possible.

There will be no update for GP 2013 for 2020. This is the same as it has been since 2018:

Overall, all GP versions prior to GP 18.3 receive updates for 5 years. After that they receive 5 years of support with no updates, before they are no longer supported in any way.
If you are using Payroll, and don't have a third party program replacing GP's Payroll functionality, then you will need to upgrade to GP 2016 at a minimum. Last year's update for GP 2015 was the final update for it as it's mainstream supported ended in April:
