Hi,

When trying to send a quotation, i'm getting this dual write error:

Quotation: 123456 Unable to write data to entity quotedetails. Writes to SalesQuotationLineCDSEntity failed with error message Request failed with status code BadRequest and CDS error code : 0x8004f908 response message: The product cannot be added because it is not active

Hi

Go to Power Platform Admin Center https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com

Sign in with your admin credentials (Global or Dynamics 365 Administrator role).

In the left-hand menu, click on Environments. From the list of environments, locate your environment associated with Dynamics 365 Sales.

Click on the environment name to open environment details.

On the environment overview page, under the Resources section, click "Dynamics 365 apps" or directly find the URL under “Environment URL”

(e.g., https://yourorg.crm.dynamics.com).

Click the Environment URL – this will take you directly to the Dynamics 365 Sales app

Once inside the environment, from the app selector (waffle icon), choose “Sales Hub” or your custom Sales app.
