Dear All,
When I import an user by selecting import users, the Telemetry ID shows 0.00000
But for other user I am not seeing this and there are some values available. What is the reason of this? Is this any specific user related problem?

This is not any user related issue.
If you are importing the user manually, then initially the telemetry ID will show zero.
After the user ID is created, if that user log in to the system, then automatically the telemetry ID will be reflected with some values.
