Unable to Populate Time entries for a whole week

In the Project Service Automation, users have the ability to include one line of the Task and input their Time Entries for all work days.

Now over Project Operations, they are able to input time against the very day they have brought to the view, being all the other work days grade-out:

 
Does anyone knows if it is a bug or a configuration matter?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
