Exclude non stock items at main warehouse from MRP

Posted on by 5

We are fulfilling 35 different child warehouses from a main warehouse with around 200 SKUs by running a MRP setup to create transfer orders to the different child warehouses.
My issue is that MRP planned order is only based on the demand at the different CWs but what I would like to achieve is MRP to consider the available quantity at the main warehouse as well by excluding SKUs with zero stock. The goal is to have transfer orders created by a MRP with both demand per CWs and available stock taken in to consideration.

Current setup is a master plan which are connected to all specific SKUs on 'Byer group'', and MRP runs on Master plan and Buyer group.

Im open for all kind of options and solutions to exclude SKUs with zero stock in this scenario (without manually swithing them off on 'Item season').

Using AX 2012 R2

    thanks
