I suggest that you post the errors you receive, when trying to get the registrations approved.

Yes, I gone through those form in time and attendance module, approve form, but whenever I tried to approve or transfer entries, nothing happened, entries remain there with unknown errors.

Have you tried to navigate to the forms mentioned in the error you are highlighting?
As the error mentions, you have registrations for the same worker on the same date that you need to make sure are handled.
If you look in those two forms for entries on the date by the specific worker, you can probably identify which ones you need to address or you can perhaps post them here for advice.
