Quantity 1.00 cannot be unpicked because inventory transactions with status Picked are insufficient.

there is a bug in standard AX, whereby the validation is based on the full qty of the WMS order line, and not the passed quantity that you need to unpick.
A simple workaround is to spilt the line, leaving the undelivered quantity, and this will then pass validation
But still when we do the split, We get the error message as Illegal Quantity.

When correct or cancel the packingslip, system automatically unpicks the remaining quantity.
So there is no need to reverse the picking slip or unpick the items. The process of cancelling the Packing slip do also unpick items.
