Hi,
How Employee can do Self Cancellation of a Course
Steps followed while registering a course.
1. Employee login as ESS
2. Click on the link View Open Course
3. Select the course and click on the button 'Register'

From there the employee should be able to cancel registration:

There is no cancellation button under Employee Self Service role (please refer below screen prints). Kindly suggest how to enable cancel registration button.
You have 2 links you can use there:
Number 1 is to see the open courses, and register from their as employee (if this is allowed as per setup on the course). This can be supported with workflow.
Number 2 will show the courses where a employee is registred on. The cancell option is with number 2:
This follows number 2: (with cancel option):
Your screenshot seems to come from number 1.

Unfortunately, I still can not find the cancel registration button. Please refer below screen prints and guide.
After refreshing the screen, the registered courses are disappearing. Also guide how employee can view her registered courses
Okay, step by step ;)
After the employee has registerd to the course, he will get a confirmation message:
After refreshing, the open courses will be empty (as the employee is already registerd, or at least submitted it to workflow):Go back to Employee Selfservice (NOTE, I am not using manager approval via workflow), you should see the registered course showing up:
This is still the part of registering. That needs to be completed, before you can cancell.
If I click on D365 F&O HCM (the course name), I will get the following screen:This will show all my registered courses, from where I can cancell:
