Helo everyone my name is Taniguchi and i am using the Project servisse on portals and on Project service on entitie Project aproval i can as a person who is autorized to aprove appoitments see my appoiments and other people that belong to that Project. on CRM the view is using the user but portals dont use user, portal use contacts. how can i make this view on portals ?

please help me.

But if i put global permission i ll see the appoitment of everyone including people that are i am not authorized tô approve the appoitment i would like to see only appoitment that i am authorized tô approve

Hi,

Add a global permission for user entity will ensure that the portal user can see crm users. You can then use the same view in portals.
