Sending an outbound email from CRM

Hello,

We're currently running server-side sync to feed emails from Outlook into a queue. However, most of our reps have to send an email to customers that DO NOT have an associated CRM record. When we try to fill in the TO: field with a personal email address, we see this:

Any suggestions on how this should be approached? Are there OOB or software solutions? It has been reported from users that moving between CRM and Outlook client to send emails is cumbersome.

Thanks!

    It's probably exactly what you did, but you can configure those settings if you go to

    Settings->Administration->System Settings->Email Tab

    and enable "Allow messages with unresolved email recipient to be sent" option

    Yep - that's precisely what I did! Thanks.
