    from my understanding is not related to Entits as my college can delete records, where can i check that plugin that may set only for my account ? not sure if im following you correct

    Hello There!

    I am not sure but it might be because you have any plugin/workflow which is running on delete and under any specific user's context that's why you are only getting the error. Please try to check this.  The second possible reason might be Mahadeo's answer: entity-relationship behavior is set to "Restricted Delete"

    Is there any entity relationship behavior is set to "Restricted Delete" for this entity?

    it might restrict deleting record.

    Did you try delete any other record from any other entities? Did you able to do it? If it is user specific for you then you are not able to delete anything I think try delete other entity  record .

    Really strange , not sure try with browser incognito or private mode. Also login from different machine see the error is still persists or not.

    I just did, i delete the system admin role from my account and re added back using my colleague's account and still the same

    It might be childish suggestion but try remove your user to system administrator role and then refresh the page then again assign the system administrator role .

    Yes i did try to create new record and not able to delete it , my account and permission and roles are exactly like the user who can delete the record but yet I'm still not able

    If other user can delete the record then there should be permission related issue. Did you tried to create new record yourself and then delete it ?
