Hi Experts,
One of our user is not receiving Report as we sent to all only one user is not receiving the report. The user id is ok i checked it please check the above image.

I don't think it's an issue with AX in that case. Since you are able to send mails to other Ids without any issue, AX configuration is correct.
You need to take a look if there are any issues from your exchange, maybe try sending a mail from the mailbox (of the Id configured in AX) and check if you can see any errors.

From where are you trying to send these mails? Are you setting the email Ids directly for these users?

I didn't understand your earlier question. This user needs to be enabled as a user and needs to be logged in to AX to receive mails from the sent by the "E-mail broadcast to Online users" functionality.
While you enable the user, please ensure the checkbox (in the screenshot I sent before) is marked as well.
Since his user was not enabled as active user so i dont think he will receive any email or able to perform any activity. Enable his user and just try sending an email. Check it out if that works or not.

Will he receive the mail from ax in this condition as the email broadcast receivers are online users option.

If this check box is not selected then he won't be able to login to AX. BTW Did you check the Junk folder?
