Hi Experts,
One of our user is not receiving Report as we sent to all only one user is not receiving the report. The user id is ok i checked it please check the above image.

Is the user a Dynamics AX user? In that case please check if "Send notification in email" option is marked for the user under User Options.

This is is not ax user please suggest ??The user ID is there in userlist page but not active.
Have you checked the email sending status under System admin > Periodic > E-mail processing? You could see if there were any failures while sending mail to the particular Id.

Please check the box - "Also show sent emails" to check if everything has been sent fine.
If you can't find any errors/ issues please check the following -
1. If you are able to send mails to the ID from the mail Id you have configured, outside AX (from Outlook / web mail).
2. If by any chance the user is receiving mails in the Junk/Spam folder.
Since you are able to send mails to other Ids from AX, there are no issues with AX setup.

If there is no error and other user can receive email, the email account setting might be the cause of the issue.You might want to check if the account can receive email from http://smtper.net/

As i mentioned in the post that all the users are receiving mails from AX as well as the mail id which is not receiving mails from AX is recieving mails from ther mail id in outlook. Please tell me the below statement what you are refering me here tell in in sequence :

Please check in this in the above pic Email BroadCast form "Receiver" is Online Users. But the user who is not receiving the mails his id is "UNCHECKED" not active in USER LIST PAGE.Tell me it will effect on the system or not.??

If the user is a user in AX. Go to user options and make sure the highlighted checkbox is marked.
