The order of comments when adding to a review

Hello to the D365 community

When a comment is entered (in the review) by the manager or employee, it naturally follows the others (after the last existing one).
This works perfectly in my UAT environment.

On the other hand, in my PROD environment, it is positioned before the existing comments :-(.
Versions and features are the same in both environments.

How can this be explained and corrected?

Thanks for your feedback

Thierry

Check system configuration: Ensure that the settings and configuration in both environments are the same, especially those related to comment management. Connections NYT

    Hi Thierry,

Are you referring to what the screenshot shows? If there is a problem in the production environment, you can check your deployment process according to the content of the article to make sure Prod and UAT environment are always in synch.
