    Hi Tharanga,

Which localized version you are using for NAV 2016 ? Is it W1?

W1 and NZ,  does it really have a connection with this?

    Hi Tharanga,

If its a behavior (error) that only occurs in older builds but works the latest build, then I would just assume that it was a known error, that Microsoft has fixed.

And even if not, then I would just be happy that the error is gone and you know how to fix it for your customer.  [: D]

Try switching off NAV add-in in Excel, would it produce the same error?

Thank you for the suggestions guys, it did not work out. Seems like only solution is upgrading to new versions.
