hi ,

I have duplicates detection rules for 3 phone fields in contact entity - and it's working o.k - but i have a problem :

lets Suppose I have this 2 values in some contacts :

home number - 08-999999

cell phone number - 08-555555

i am trying to create a new contact record. at "home number" filed i enter the value 08-999999 - it's giving me message that it's already exist - and it's fine . but when I'm trying to enter in home number filed the value 08-555555 ( the cell phone number) - it will not recognize a duplicate record and save it.

Do you have an idea how can i check duplicates in several phone fields at the same time ?

Hi Moran zolberg,

The three duplicate detection rule will be checking for the exact characters, in your scenario when you enter [home number - 08-999999] it checks whole database in home number whether it has same number.

Like wise the same for Cell phone. It will not cross check the fields as you said.
