AX version: AX 2012 R3 CU13.
We are facing a strange issue with retail statement posting for a particular store. Please read the below.
1) We have totally around 20 stores in the system.
2) Each store is selling different brand and range of products (assortments are different for each stores)
3) system will auto calculate the statement once shift is closed (Job scheduled for calculate statement).
4) Finance cash office will validate the statement and enter the counted amount then post the statement.
5) Few days ago, one of the store throwed an exception saying /Field Journal batch number must be filled in. Error found when validating record/
6) The above issue is happening only when cash payment is there (counting required is enabled). There are no issuea When Card payments are only in the shift. Statement is posting without any issues.
7) Remaining 19 stores, finance cash office team is able to post without any issues (cash or card transactions).
8) Finance cash officers are having special role to handle their day to day activities.
9) While IT was investigating issue, it is found that System is posting the statement when IT (sys admin role) is posting. Irrespective, cash or card transactions.
Could you please advise what would have gone wrong for this store alone? Thanks in advance.
