I am wondering if anyone have experienced this issue before and what causes it?
I send a bulk email to 119 contacts. Based on the Email Marketing Insights, it seems like it delivered the email to all 119 contacts in the segment. Then suddenly, I noticed 114 in "contact deleted" bucket with same timestamp. I checked the contact members in the segment, and nothing seems got deleted. Then when I looked at the contact details that got deleted, the contactid never existed in our CRM before. I am sure about this, because I have a plugin that triggers on delete contact event and logs the contactid in a table. None of the contact ids are not in the log table. Is this a bug? Thank you.
