Microsoft form technical error while submitting In customer service

Hello community experts,

I followed this link as I wanted the same result https://www.inogic.com/blog/2019/10/send-and-store-survey-responses-in-dynamics-365-crm-using-microsoft-forms-pro/

When a case is resolved survey e-mail is sent to the customer, but unfortunately the form when opened via mail  is showing technical error. 

I'm stuck at that point

    I would recommend you also post this thread in the Microsoft Power Automate Community.

    Maybe the Power Automate experts have more ideas on this issue.
