Hi Community,

we integrated Social Media Links via Content Settings as described here but when we send out mails, they do not work. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Thanks in advance

Diana

Hey Diana, could you share more details on what precisely did not work? When you set the links from content settings in your email, and send the email using a customer journey - what happens when you click on a social media icon on the email?

    Thanks

    Hi Diana,

What issue did you encounter? Do you mean that default content settings were still applied to marketing email even if you had set the new content settings to the customer journey?

You could add a new text field to Content Settings entity and insert it to marketing email to check whether it could display, and as the tutorial said, the social media link should be attached to Link property of image element. In addition, if you are using "test send", please check whether the test content settings field of quick create form was also changed.

    Regards,

    Clofly
