Hi All,
We currently receive all our queries to our dynamics 365 customer service hub via our single email, users send the email which comes into the Hub, our team then filter these out to the desired users and buckets.
Is there such capabilities we can create a form to enable us to filter specific details from our users and act as a front end for anybody wanting to send a query to our Hub, I've scoured the web looking for this option but unless I'm using incorrect terminology when searching I'm coming up with blanks.
If this is possible it would be really helpful and create a filtration system for our triage team.
