customer journey: selecting a special opportunity in an entity dropdownfield as a trigger within a customer journey

Hey guys!

is it possible to use a Special opportunity in an Entity field as a trigger in a customer journey.

An example:

the field "relationship" in my contact form offers the opportunities "customer" "potential customer" "not interested" in a dropdown field.
As soon as a contact is a "potential customer" (relationship is changed by workflow within customer journey or smth.) I want it to follow a special path.

is there any opportunity or do I have to split the whole process in several CJs?

Maybe someone can help!

    Hey Amelie,

    You would want to create a segment based on that "potential customer" setting and start a new journey.  The trigger tile wouldn't support this OOB today.  You might be able to use the customer journey API to write a custom journey but I can't help out with that and it would likely be complex, so easier to just create the new journey. We are constantly improving these areas, so please feel free to put in a feature request at the Dynamics 365 for Marketing Ideas portal.  Our PMs regularly review these and community support influences the roadmap.
