Hey guys!
is it possible to use a Special opportunity in an Entity field as a trigger in a customer journey.
An example:
the field "relationship" in my contact form offers the opportunities "customer" "potential customer" "not interested" in a dropdown field.
As soon as a contact is a "potential customer" (relationship is changed by workflow within customer journey or smth.) I want it to follow a special path.
is there any opportunity or do I have to split the whole process in several CJs?
