I am looking for link or website address to download free trial microsoft dynamics AX 2012 R2 or microsoft dynamics AX 2012 for real experience to work on AX.

Appreciate any valid link or lead to download, i need it at the earliest.

If you have acces to partnersource or customersource, it is possible to download a hyper-v machine with AX2012 R2. The demo license allows you to use AX only with transaction dates in 2006. Also the development environment is not accessible.

If you have a working license for AX2012 you can use it in the demo machine.

Hi Ahmedms,

There is no free trial of AX 2012 R2, only a demo machine available for customers or partners (access to customersource or partnersource). Another option is an MSDN subscription which will give acces to the setup files of AX 2012 R2. You have to do all setup and configuration yourself then.

The answer is in the replies above provided by Francisco and me. If you don't have that access, you have join a customer or partner or buy a MSDN subscription.

Hi Andre,

Thank you. I have downloaded the Demo version for R2 from Customer Source. I didn,t install yet, because the licence says the expiry date is 31/12/2014. I have only 3 weeks for expiry. So I need your suggestion.please.

If I install it now, will I be able to extend after the expiry date? Or please suggest the best way.

Hi,

If you have access to Customersource, there will be probably a new extended license file available soon. I assume you were referring to the AX license file?
