Based on the questions in your last post.
I think you should restore the database.
You can export the .bacpac file of UAT database and restore it in Tier1。

And if you want to restore the tier1 database, you can Restore the Database to a Point-in-Time.

From tier 2 you get bacpac file once you convert that bacpac into regular .Bak file you can do restore on tier 1 VM.
You are not going to get .Bak file directly from UAT.
