SQL Service Broker - NAV 2016

Has anybody been able to use the SQL Service Broker with NAV 2016 on SQL Server 2014. I have it enabled on SQL server DB, the service account has full access to do whatever it wants (everything granted), have cleared out all of the records in the Object Tracking table and NAV 2016 is still using polling from what I can tell in SQL Profiler.
