NAV 2013 R2 Web Service CRUD Operations

Hi Dear Community,

I have a problem about Web Services of NAV 2013 R2. I created a Web Service like this.

But if i want to access from .NET side on c# i can see create,read,delete and update methods.

I want to limitate some methods like delete and update. How can i do that ?

    If you are using Page Webservices then you cannot do that you need to create a codeunit with your operations and then publish that codeunit as webservice but in this case you need to handled it by passing xml.

    you can make a copy of your page (save it in 50021 for example) and change the properties of page:

    • ModifyAllowed = No
    • DeleteAllowed = No

    CustomerCard.jpg

    Then publish your new page as a web service.
