I need to configure my Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 to auto-send an email to the customer whenever a new sales order is created.
We are a food service company, once items has delivered items, the customer sends back some of the items due to price confusion and other issues. Therefore, we want to auto-send an email to the customer for sales order information, before posted items.
Can anyone tell me how does it work?

The term "auto" might be confusing. As I understood, you would like to send the sales order information to the customer BEFORE the Sales Order is posted? That can be done either when the Sales Order changes its status (showing that you had done editing the Sales Order and it is ready) or by pushing certain action button.
