I need to configure my Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017 to auto-send an email to the customer whenever a new sales order is created.
We are a food service company, once items has delivered items, the customer sends back some of the items due to price confusion and other issues. Therefore, we want to auto-send an email to the customer for sales order information, before posted items.
Can anyone tell me how does it work?
