Barcodes scan without inventory

Hi there,

is it possible to implement the scan of a barcode if we don't have inventory? we process the receiving (shipments) entries manually and I need an alternative for high volume optimization.

Thank you for your post.

I understand that you are hoping to implement barcodes to be used with shipments and was curious whether this is available within GP. At this time this is not available via the core functionality, however I would anticipate that some third party feature could achieve this.

Could you elaborate more on what the barcodes would be used for? Does the barcode contain the document number?

Good day,

Check out https://www.panatrack.com/, it has the functionality of Receiving and Transfers as well Stock Count with handhelds.
