Just inquiring as to how accurate this is? We are looking at a potential hospital client and they were after resource tracking for their internal staff. Just wondering the accuracy of this information or would it not appear to work correctly due to the more confined space of the hospital layout.

We have an internal application that allows you to see where in the office a colleague (or precisely her device) is located. You could use such an application to send location data to Dynamics. However even if you have that information, how would you visualize it, especially in buildings with multiple floors? Also distance calculation wouldn't work, as you would need to take the different floors into consideration.
Location Tracking is fairly accurate but it's not typically intended for where they are in a physical building. Think of it as Find My Friends on your phone. It can show that you are at your house, but not which part of the house. It's meant to track the location of a resource throughout the day and can be combined with solutions such as Glympse and Geofencing. I hope that helps.
