Hi Raheel,

If you are working on sandbox or production environment, Don't do anything . The system enables indexes after completion of peak workloads in finance and operations like any Batch jobs are working or any transactions happening. Just wait for 1hr to 2hrs.It will get automatically Synced from D365 F&O.

We've been advised by MS that

This is linked to an ongoing internal bug (Reference: 34755253). The root cause is that the system was not searching for specific entity names when deleting errors; instead, it used a “Starts With” approach. This could cause similarly named entities to leave an error blob stuck in the folder.

Mitigation Steps

Delete the blob associated with the entity in the EntitySyncFailure folder of your storage account.
This is safe to do—any actual errors will recreate the blob if needed.
If a blob reappears, it indicates a real error that should be reviewed before deleting again.
Typically, this mitigation only needs to be done once per blob. After the bug fix, recreated error blobs should delete correctly.
