Customer Engagment subscription transition

Hello,

I hope you're all fine.

Not sure this is the right spot for this, but I'm looking for an answer or service/forum that can answer my question :-)

I have already turned to local MSFT team, CSP concierge, license guideline, transitioning guide, … but no help there.

So, this is what I'm looking for --> a customer has the following product in CSP

D365 Enterprise Customer Engagement T1 CRM OL Pro Add On O365

MS Sub ID 859385f6-0362-4f88-ab6d-13c8527bed75

As the customer is moving, we need to replace this subscription by a new one, as this is not available anymore.

What is the correct replacement, in qualified offer ?

    Regarding subscriptions and licenses, I would recommend that you contact the billing team directly.

    Hello Adriaan!

    As Lu Hao indicated, you should reach out to a billing team directly.  You can read more on go.microsoft.com/.../ (the licensing guide) that will update on the capacities. One important thing to note: Microsoft has moved from a "Customer Engagement" licensing that included all 4 apps (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service & Project Service Automation) to a Base + Attach license, where you have to purchase a Base license (let's say Customer Service) and purchase additional licenses only from those products you truly need (Field Service, for example).

    On your particular case you should check with customer what apps they're using and from there, build a Base + Attach offer.
