Right now all purchase orders are defaulting to one site.

Your question is not clear to me, please explain it a little more and if possible with screen shot.
When ever we process a purchase order on a Field Service work order it always defaults to one site. What we are looking for is there a way to make it take the site from the Service Call Entry - Parts.
You mean when you create a PO for service call line, you want site id from the parts window? see below screen shot.

I guess our problem only has to do with inventory items. Defaults to a site and we can't change it.
