Hello,
I was wondering if there is a possibility to define sales taker or maybe sales responsible on customer level?
Currently as it is, the person that is defined as sales responsible/ sales taker is the person that is entering the sales order.
Firstly, I filled out the employee responsible field in the sales demographic section for the customer, however that did not consequently reflect on the sales order. Are there any other possibilities, or steps that need to be done?
