Dear Gents;
I have one requirement like if employee Passport is expiring within 30 days , system should display a notification to HR Manager
about Passport expiry date..
I am new and no idea how to display notifications, Your help is required

!. I suggest don't use a notification, it add system and management overhead, instead run a report of documents expired or due to expire in the next month/week,

One good approach would be to develop a batch job that runs daily, and sends an email summary of upcoming passport expirations to the manager.
The "notifications" (alerts) in AX are always based on some change in data. In your case no data has changed when the expiry date approaches, so you can't create alert on it. Unless you develop a new table, populate it with similar batch job than I already described, and have the manager create an alert rule on new records in that table.
